He's fantastic, what a size!! I'm staring down the barrel of a 10lber myself ;) And a great name, we have an Alexander Lee in this family... Otherwise it would be on my list!

On the whole sleep and pillow subject... I always planned on getting a v pillow when I was having DD but never got round to it... Managed to bf 3 yrs without one though... I used to put a pillow between my knees when my bump got big, it helped with the pelvic pain...

Also on the large size myself... Took me a while to get a bump with DD but I found a good pair maternity trousers made it look more like a pregnant tum than normal elasticated ones... I'm a stone and a half bigger this time round and already busting out of my trousers... But probably won't look like a bump for a while yet....

Oh, forget who asked (blotted?) but there's no way i'd be confident enough to recover a pram... I'd balls it up somehow!

    Hi all!
I think I felt my baby move last night, it was ever so slight!
I'm only 14 weeks though, is it possible?

It is if it's not your first, you're more likely to spot it because you've felt it before...

I'm a lot more aware of my womb this time than I was last time... I didn't even know where it was until I could feel it lying on my tummy... Now I can feel it inside me just because I know how it feels... If that makes sense? Think at 10 weeks it will be a while before I feel some movement though...

Hi Brookeslay and welcome to the thread!

Lots of good luck for tomorrow, Redmel! Wonder what your lemon bump will turn out to be? I have my 4D scan on Wed and I can't wait!

FG, I'm overwight :o and yes I have got a preg tum! It just took a little longer to show. If you have a high BMI and BP like me you might be consultant led and have alot more appointments and scans than usual.

    x

I'm consultant led because of my history of Mental Health problems. I'm suprised, I've not actually been shouted at because of my weight yet! BMI is 45, so definitely in the 'telling off' zone!

How many weeks will you be when you have your 4D scan? I've got another 2D one to determine the sex at 16 weeks, and my NHS one at 20 weeks. Planning on having a 4D one at 28 weeks.

  • Hi Brookeslay, welcome!
    Hope tomorrow goes ok, Redmel!

SB Good luck to for you 4D scan on Wed.... I absolutely loved mine & would pay that much everyday to see my baby .. just wish I had the bank account balance of posh spice!

With regards to the sleep pillow thing... I bought this one..49-3760952bA68UC408143M.jpg

its ok & does the job... I have a good night sleep with it. :T & will be able to use it when baby comes & I breast feed.

Anyway I'm still here & pregnant!! now 5 days overdue & feeling pretty sh!te to be honest... I'm like a kid on Xmas Eve.. I think that when I wake up in a morning my waters will have gone in the night or I will feel labour... but when I wake up nothing. Gets me down cuz I really want this baby out now.

Its my birthday tomorrow & cant even plan anything just in case... man I'm so fed up :(

I'm sure I can feel movement sometimes - its only a weird, light fluttering. Very strange! Can't wait to get definite kicks!

Searching: I don't have any experience of this, hopefully someone who has can support you better? I would try not to worry too much if it is just an ache, How did you find out about the ectopic? How did that one feel? If it feels the same then I would try and get in touch with your local hospital to see if they have an early pregnancy assessment unit or something similar... It could be an amount of scarring from the ectopic stretching as your womb grows to accomodate this new pregnancy... I know I had a lot of aching in the first couple of weeks but it's abated somewhat now...
