only advice/help I can give is guessing weight from scans tends to be wildly inaccurate, one doc described it as guessing someones weight from the size of their trousers0 -
A few random questions..
slscarborough - did you get sorted with your HR dept?
Skinty - where are you, are you okay and did your interview go well?
candygirl - where are you too? hope you, your DD and your DGD-in-bump-form are all well

I'll second this, at my 36 week scan they said Lily-Anne was going to be small, she was measuring just under 5lbs so they expected her to be 6lbs odd at most, she was born weighing 8lbsA friend of mine was told to expect a big baby, 10lbs +, they induced at 38 weeks and baby was 7lbs 7

Really excited but also scared about what the outcome is going to be as I only have 3w left and not sure what my feelings will be if they want to induce early!.

Thanks SB :T I will forgive baby brain if you forget, don't worry. I am fairly good at making a fool of myself so i do not mind asking my MW on thursday.
Good luck with the scan.
I too have one at 34 weeks for growth and am worried they are going to tell me it's a big baby then and i will have to dwell over what that means before bubs arrives.
Thanks for the info MrsTine re ebay. I have it all sorted now and have strengthened passwords etc. Just didn't need it last night when i was tired and not feeling well, but i wouldn't have slept if i didn't get it sorted straight away (meaning 45 mins on livehelp).
How is everyone today???0 -
so come on Tine what don't you know?
:shhh: don't tell the others but your my favourite :silenced:

LOL there is lots I don't know I am sureBut I am one of these annoying people always absorbing information and wanting to understand things... So if I don't understand something I ask an endless barrage of questions
I think secretly the maternity ward would rather I had a home birth rather than come back in! "So... why am I having that type of IV? And why is it that my veins are so difficult to get? And how when I am in labour would you get round that? Oh and what is th emedical reason for why the cyclizine makes me drowsy?" (At that point the midwifes eyes crossed over...)
I just can't help it... I need to know all these things! Same with people... "But why do you think that you feel this way about it? Do you think it's something to do with x event in the past?"
And no I'm not a strictly fan but I don't think you're a stalkerDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!

I fully expect to be told I'm carrying a gargantuan baby again this time but I won't be fretting over it, I went through that the first time for no reason... I shall just look forward to extra scans...
Got the midwife at lunch time, really hoping she'll find the heartbeat today.... It'll be nice to stop worrying for 5 mins...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Good luck with the mw appointment. I was able to record my baby's heartbeat onto my mobile phone. Maybe see if you can do the same. It's a lovely thing to have

I'm here :hello:
Rosies_mum CONGRATULATIONS on baby Matthew! :j
Filmstar - I'm so sorry. I miscarried last month at about 7 weeks so I know how you're feeling. Feel free to PM me if you want to talk. :A
And now for me: I had an interview yesterday which I hope went well but it was very preliminary and I'm not sure how well it went to be honest! She just went through all my previous jobs askikng what I did in them. If I get through then there are two more interivews and a psychometric test.
Today I had an interview (again on the phone) with an agency for a pt job which I'd actually rather like. It's 27k pro rata for three days a week and I could get something else for the other days (or not!) so hopefully something will come of it.
I am waiting to hear back on another job too so three irons in the fire at the moment!
Bump-wise, today is two weeks exactly after my BFP which is the point in my last Pg that I miscarried, so today is a bit shaky for me. I still have sore boobage and Montgomery's tubercles and constipation and I was nauseous this morning before I got up, so I'm praying this baby stays in.
I have the MW next week and my private scan the Monday after that, so I really pray that baby stays in to go to those. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j
