The two best things I have done with my life

STOPTOBER CHALLANGE ... here we go !!0 -
Hi everyone !!!
I have been reading this post every now and again as me and hubby have been trying and I found out last week that I am about 6 - 7 weeks pregnant !!!!:j
Our 6 year old daughter is over the moon and says she wants to decorate the bedroom for her new brother or sister.
Things havent started too well though, I have been sick and ended up in hospital on Sunday as I collapsed in front of my daughter on Sunday morning, and was on a ECG all day, but they cant find anything wrong, so I am to rest for a week before going back to work, so at least thats a good outcome !!!
Hope everyone else is doing well:jThe two best things I have done with my life

LOL there is lots I don't know I am sure
But I am one of these annoying people always absorbing information and wanting to understand things... So if I don't understand something I ask an endless barrage of questions
I think secretly the maternity ward would rather I had a home birth rather than come back in! "So... why am I having that type of IV? And why is it that my veins are so difficult to get? And how when I am in labour would you get round that? Oh and what is th emedical reason for why the cyclizine makes me drowsy?" (At that point the midwifes eyes crossed over...)
I just can't help it... I need to know all these things! Same with people... "But why do you think that you feel this way about it? Do you think it's something to do with x event in the past?"
And no I'm not a strictly fan but I don't think you're a stalkerMy mum is always reminding me "curiosity killed the cat" and I say "knowledge is power"

Elle-gee-so happy to see you back on the list!! Congratulations!! xx0

Just back from midwife... She took blood for the triple test, took a few attempts and she ended up getting it out of my hand... She was close to giving up and sending me to the hospital but I said that if she couldn't get anything today I wouldn't bother... I'm only having them for DH, he wants to know if there is something wrong but it wouldn't stop us continuing with the pregnancy if there was so I don't see the point... Hey ho, she got it in the end... Didn't get to hear the heartbeat, she said it's still early and she wouldn't want to stress me out if she couldn't find it which is fair enough... Doesn't stop me worrying it's ok though... I know it's growing because I can feel it more now when I lie on my tummy so I'm taking that as a good sign... And I can feel it move sometimes... Although sometimes it's probably wind... OH lay with his head on my tummy last night trying to listen to the baby... He said he could hear something bubbling, I said it was probably bowels...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Krystal, does your DH talk to your bump? my hubby didn't last time coz he felt silly but my dad always does when I'm round there and did when my mum was pg with me n sis just wondering if I've just got a silly hubby0
-
OH doesn't talk to the bump yet, but he does say goodnight to the baby, which is nice! He also refers to it as 'our son' which makes me laugh. I call him 'the normal baby' because I've already got a 'hairy baby'.Stay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0

Yeah hubby talks to it all the time... Sometimes I put a silly voice on and answer back... But we are loons so I wouldn't compare yourself to us lol...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
