Sami and Angela - that's odd... I heave loads and am obvioiusly pretty sick too, but I've never felt like I was going to wet myself? I wonder if all the horseriding I did before falling pregnant is coming into its own! I always had pretty strong pelvic muscles anyway and I wonder if that helps? I just know that being sick doesn't make me have issues with needing the loo... good job I guess... I'm too pre-occupied hanging on to the loo!! :rotfl:

Still having a rubbish week but so far no major headaches... YET... that will come in my conference call at 4 ;) Oh and have decided to book monday off if I can get away with it hehehe

I never normally have a problem but I had a really full bladder and was bursting for the loo....and i have to say, I didnt just dribble either. It was awful, not sure what I was most embarrassed with. People were stopping to see if i was okay...I was mortified. Still not sure if it was nerves or morning sickness x

Bless! I feel for you! I felt awful being asked yesterday in Tesco if I was ok when I nearly passed out - I felt so awkward and selfconscious... At least scan went well!

I'd go through it all again so long as I had a bean with a heartbeat at the end of it!!!

Hope your meeting goes okay today x

My story is a warning to you all ;) I didn't do a single pelvic exercise before/during/after my 1st preg and this is the result!

My big fear is that as I get bigger I will just leak all the time  the MW has sent a refferal to woteva department it is but said they prob won't contact me until after my EDD as they won't be able to do anything whilst I'm prg so I just have to hope for the best

if anyone has been to their classes or read their book/listened to the cds ... do you have any thoughts??? i wouldn't do the classes but the book and the cd still appeals to me. just looking for some info from others that have done it.

OH has bought a new camcorder, so I get to watch myself giving birth in HD and with surround sound - how fantastic! Don't think I'll put it on youtube though.

I like to maintain the illusion that I was perfectly polite and quiet while giving birth and really don't want any evidence to the contrary! one of them I didn't watch but was clearly focusing on the business end I've never understood the people that agree to take part in tv programs n stuff seems mental to me.

AF i know nothing of hypnobirthing as my plan for this time is just - make it to the hosp in time! but there seem to be lots of informative positive reviews of the books n cds on amazon if that helps :)
