I'm getting most of my 5 a day I think :) I eat at least a banana a day, usually a satsuma or 2 too and then I try and have SOME veg through the day - note TRY :)

5-a-day was very easy to begin with as all I could eat was fruit!!!

now it's a bit harder as I seem to prefer starchy things, but fruit is still easy :D

I bought some smoothy frozen fruit in ASDA today to try out that might be a good way for getting a boost. :D

Hehe, I remember you saying on the TTC thread when you were symptom spotting that if you put on weight next month it would be due to the Wispas.. methinks you have double the excuse now! ;)

I'm having fishcake and chips for tea. 5-a-day starts tomorrow! :)

The midwife I saw today just took some basic details - name, address, phone numbers, DOB, date of LMP and estimated due date (she didn't work it out - I told her what I'd already worked out), then any medication and allergies. That info then goes on to the system and they produce my notes which get filled in at 8wks. Oh, and she took my blood pressure too.

  • Don't panic ladies - I'm sure you will accumulate your fair share of symptoms soon! Mind you, my Mum keeps saying to me "I never had any of these problems when I was pregnant" and telling me about all the times she was cycling up hills at 8 months and whatnot. So hopefuly you guys will be the lucky ones who manage fine throughout ;)

Sorry for bringing up Zorbit stuff ladies! I have to say as I worked there I saw all the safety checks they do and was most impressed, ever since I always find myself looking at cheap stuff in primark asda etc and saying "that would never pass Zorbit's safety standards!" Can you believe I left there with a pile of muslins a few towels and a baby bath - thats it! I'd used my staff discount to kit out half my families nurseries and given away tons of free stuff and then when I got pg they were all on the second so none found its way back to me!!

Well I reckon I've had 2 of my 5 today as just had a full spinach and ricotta pizza that also had tomatoes on it, and now I'm going to have a tesco "real fruit iced lolly" so I'll check the box to see if it counts as a third! and I've not been sick 3 out of the last 6 days Woooo!
those of you with no symtoms I hate you (not really) I found out I was pg at 3 wks as thats when my MS started :( convinced its a girl as I had hardly any MS with Christopher but not sure if hubby will let me find out at scan as I twisted his arm last time so I could kno - I just hate knowing I'm getting a surprise
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

    I'm only 4+5 and I'm feeling very queasy/dizzy/spaced out..

My Mum was sick alllllll the way through (minimum twice a day, maximum twelve times a day) with all three of her pregnancies (boy, girl, girl). I hope it's not hereditory - I daren't Google it!
