    Hi Hayley

I'm still reading this thread even though I'm pregnant because I'm worried I'm miscarrying due to some bleeding and can't bear to read the pregnancy posts yet.

Anyway, I don't think your mental at all! I would be thinking exactly the same thing as you and would need reassurance from OH. Just think, when you are pregnant your emotions are all over the place, I cried last night for no reason at all. So I think you need to sort this out before you get pregnant because the stress then would do you no good at all. Your OH should realize this. I hope you manage to sort this out, I think you need to have a good sit down and chat with him.

    Love and hugs x

    Hi Jenny

So sorry to hear about the bleeding, my fingers are crossed that everything is okay. Have you been to the doctors? How far along are you?

I said to him last night that when i'm pregnant he's going to have to not upset me like that because it really wont be good for me or the baby. He knows that i'm way more sensitive than "normal" people and that I get really worked up over stupid things so he shouldn't upset me! He said he wouldn't go out with them again but that's not what my problem is, I don't want to stop him seeing his friends. I just want to meet her so I can get it out of my head that anything funny is going on. Deep down I know I can trust him but I just have such low self esteem I can't understand why he's with me most of the time. :o And I hate the way she texts him, they're so flirty, always kisses at the end. He has other female friends and I'm fine about it so the sane part of me realises that i'm not just being jealous and paranoid. Okay I might be being a tad paranoid.

My AF is due this weekend which might be adding to my big bad mood :( I've just been shopping for my Avon party tomorrow and i'm now broken, my back is just agony so I need to get some dinner, painkillers and go lie down for a bit.

    Hayley xx

Hi, I'm nearly seven weeks now and had light bleeding for a week now. My sister is a doctor and told me not to bother the doctor unless it was painful, I've got my first antenatal on Monday so I'm hoping they will sort me out then. Was doing fine for a while but today it was red blood so a bit scary but trying to stay calm. At work but can't get anything done at all! Spent all morning reading pregnancy websites. There was a really good Australian one if anyone is interested: http://www.birth.com.au/Info.asp?class=6620&page=3

Haley, you sound normal to me, I check out all my partners friends. Luckily he doesn't like getting drunk so doesn't go out much and we both don't have many friends since we moved to London so we have lots of time for just the two of us. Have you tried asking his other friends about her? Would be good to get a second opinion.

I hope your back is better soon. x

Hi Hayley - hope you're ok. Sorry to hear you're going through a bad patch. It sounds like most of these things are just team outings? My OH's company/dept. is full of blokes and they never intive partners on do's - even the Christmas one!

It is a bit off that he said he didn't want you to meet X, but maybe she's the office flirt (there's always one who is all smiles and boobs and innuendo) and he doesn't want you to worry that he might fancy her if she's even vaguely pretty. Men do behave in such odd ways at times - maybe you should just ask him?

Hi Jenny - have you contacted your doctor about the bleeding? I hope you're ok and that all is well.

    Hi Jennynoo
Sorry to hear your having a scary time - will they be able to give you a scan at your Antenatal on Monday as this will be the best way to find out what's causing it quickly? x
  • I didn't end up taking any flu tablets as my AF due tomorrow and i know it's silly but i didn't want to just incase i am pg. I wouldn't have bd even if i was well anyway so close to Af as warning TMI if we do it a day or 2 before i am due on it makes me start that day instead and puts my cycle in mess. As silly as it is i didn't want to bd in case it made me come on and that ment i wasn't pg.

I won't even buy a test yet incase i jinx it. It is going to kill me but am going to wait untill i am a few days late. I don't think i am though but these silly little things help in my head lol

hayley11 Bless you if we lived nearer i would be your freind i know what it's like i don't have any friends either. I only used to go out with work mates but since i no longer work i don't see anyone any more.
Your not mental i would be sooooooo jealous i wouldn't stand for that My neighbour Used to be like that with my dh she always txt my dh and firted with him. I didn't have to do anything about it though as they have moved away but i did tell dh i wasn't happy with it and he never encouraged it.

Hope you feel better soon. Rember we are all here for you if you want to talk it doesn't have to be all baby talk.

I've really debated with myself about this post, as it's an icky subject. However, I'm in a bit of a spin. Apologies for tmi, but I have to let this out!

Earlier this afternoon I had some brownish discolouring to my cm, with a few darker brown 'streaks' like 'old blood' It was a normal colour earlier in the day.

I am approx 7dpo, and have SMEP-ed until I could SMEP no more this month.

    What does anyone think?

There is no such thing as TMI in this thread, in my opinion!!!!!
As for the brown streaks, it could be the implantation, no? Or is it too early?... I hope SMEP proves working, as I am on it at the moment!

I had my + OPK on Tuesday and so far we didn't miss a night. It should be a 'day off', but I can still feel my cervix open (I think I can), so I am intending not to have a day off and continue until the cervix closes (or I don't know what I am looking for and it is something completely different!)

    Dear AnnieM and Galvanisebaby
Thanks for your comments. I haven't told my doctor yet on my sisters advice and I'm not sure what they can do on Monday but I will be begging them to give me a scan so I know if everything is ok!

AnnieM is it too early for implantation bleeding? Otherwise maybe your bits are just worn down from all the BDing?!! Sorry SMEPing

Good luck on Monday Jennynoo - stick to your guns with the scan x

AnnieM - not sure if you would get IB 7 days past OV or not? - I got this around the time of my missed period so a bit later but I've heard of people getting it earlier so could well be

Ginvzt - I am impressed that you can find your cervix let alone tell whether it's open or shut - I tried this a few times and failed miserably!

Have a good weekend all x
