Thanks nunnygirl, I already posted on the site forum that the search function is still causing coding errors, but am pleased to see most of the forum is now behaving! Rather them than me...
Have you catched up with elle_gee's news re baby Rhys? I had a quick look this morning and he might be home next week :j
See Elle, good news really spreads on MSE...
I can't stomach much food this morning either, maybe we're starting to share illnesses on here! Hope same can be said of BFPs soon, x0 -
Well I'm eating OK at the moment, so what ever you lot have, I hope I don't get it, cause it doesn't sound too nice
The news about Rhys is awesome, he's such a fighter, the story of when he was born had me crying. He was 5 minutes away from not being here. What Elle said was they usually only try resus for 20 minutes, the doctor said 30 minutes and he was revived after 24, and he just seems to be going from strength to strength :T:T:TSealed Pot Challenge Member 1216 -

Hi everyone,
Sorry to hear your news Leopard_Lady, hopefully when you get everything sorted you can get back to bding with renewed vigour.
Tinksy and Bitzer - hope you're feeling better soon.
Sadly, I don't think I'll be testing on Saturday now as I had an early visitor this morning. Feeling really down about it (- unusually so, I hadn't realised how much I had been hoping that this would be the month).Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky'

I am sorry redstararnie, it can be hard each month when af arrives, but keep your chin up, it does happen, it can take time and each month af arrives i just think of all the extra bding we can doLeopardlady

Hi all! Went to post last night and had a nice looooooong message written out, went to send and the error message came up  Was not impressed! Oh well, at least it's working now.....
Right, can I remember what I wrote......
kmckee - I really don't know what to say, but I can't not say anything either. I hope your friend and her partner are coping as well as possible. I'm sure she's really grateful to have a friend like you right now.
smartie - Glad you have a great PMA!! Good luck for this month, I hope it's your turnSending baby dust your way.......
becs - thanks for the well-wishes. Went to docs yesterday evening and was prescribed antibiotics - I have a lovely bacterial chest infection! *shudders* Still in bed on my laptop
leopardlady - Sorry to hear your hubby isn't feeling too good atm, I'm sure that your PMA will rub off on him thoughYour posts are always uplifting, and I'm sure you're an inspiration for a lot of ladies here. Also, you never know, the "time off" TTC might actually work for you as your mind (hopefully) won't be constantly on it.....so, even though you're not officially "trying" this month, I'm sending an extra helping of sticky baby dust your way, just in case
mancbird - Hello  Are you on CD1 now?
tinksy - mmmm murray mints! Not had those in years! But sorry to hear you're feeling rubbish*hugs*
nunny - sorry to hear you're not feeling well too *hugs*
confuzzled - don't get too closeand yes, amazingly too much sleep can make you tired!
Well, that has completely drained me, I'm going to have a little nap............

I felt exactly like that last week :grouphug: I had a day of maudlin (and ice-cream;)) then pilfered some of leopardlady's pma and pulled myself up by my bootstraps.
I reminded myself of the facts of it all. Every month there's a 20-25% chance, 5 months was the average for couples, but up to 18 months is still normal. I thought to myself: how can I survive with the emotional rollercoaster every month? What if it takes a year? What will that do to my mental health? So I am consciously making an effort to not get my hopes up and try to be relaxed (like OH) about it all.
I know its hard- *so* hard -when its all you can think about, and there are bumps and babies everywhere and your friends fall without trying () and I know I have the luxury of time as I'm only 28 but I looked back to what I'd been doing the last few months and I'd just been living the ttc journey and missing out parts of my life. And I felt like I had missed out too. So if I can manage it, I'm going to relax and enjoy the scenery on this ttc journey. Don't get me wrong, I'm still temping and using my monitor, but now I know my body a bit more I don't feel I depend on them so much.
Ooh, that turned into a bit of a long one, sorry!Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
Hey everyone,
We got back from a fantastic 2 weeks in the sun on Sunday but are back off away again on Friday morning & so there is no way I can catch up on 50 pages between now & then!!! You ladies have really been giving the pregnancy thread ladies some competition
Have sooooo much to do, wedding gifts, birthday gifts & belated father's day gifts to buy & all sorts & the wedding is this Saturday!
Pretty please could somebody summarise what I've missed & how everyone is. It looks like some people need hugs sending there way? With over 2 weeks of absence there must have been some BFP's here?
Baby dust to all.

I'm having my day of maudlin today - just "stole" toast and peanut butter and a twix from work!
. After 6 days of brown spotting, AF just turned up. so CD1 on FF today and CD1 on CBFM tomorrow. At least I know now I guess. DH had a bit of a h2h with me last night, and is feeling quite down at the moment - he still reckons it's him, but as I said with my body starting to freaky things it could be me. just texted him to say about AF and he's booked himself a doctors appointment for Monday. I've gotta stick to my part of bargain too I guess (said I would after 6 months as I'm a ripe old 35)
Sounds like so many people need a hug on here at the moment, so sending one out to all (((((((((((((huggs)))))))))))))))2009 total raised £2373.60:jthe new garden beat me in 2010 just £1306.66:o2011 - 365 £ a day.
