    ah well...BFN for me..damn

Sorry to hear about this GettingHitched, fingers crossed for next month:T

I am feeling positively AWFUL :(:(:( I have the most hideous cold that I am now suspecting is 'flu, as I feel so bad! I just about manage to get to the toilet and back, I have that little energy! Probably going to see a doctor later as lovely MIL has offered to drive me. I'm on MSE in bed heehee. Nothing'll keep me away! :rotfl:

oh no, I hate feeling like rubbish, but I hope you feel better really soon. Don't blame you for being on MSE in bed, I would be too if I could, only problem is I'd have to kick OH out to get the tower in :p
    Hi Ladies,

Can I join in this discussion? A very new TTC girl, just stopped taking the pill at the end of May now on CD36 waiting for AF  (Hope I got my abbreviations right  ). Did a test and was a BFN so looks like cycle not back to usual yet aftert the pill, but then its been 10 years since I have a cycle and I do vaguely remember them being quite long. Trying not to worry ...yet.

Really not good at this patience thing! Feel like I am going mad already an this is only cycle 1.

Welcome to TTC special0ffer:T You're not the only impatient one so don't worry. Your body will just be taking it's time to get re-adjusted after taking the pill for so long.

Becs, you are a very talented lady, those cakes are GORGEOUS!!! I was watching Kirsties Homemade Homes last week and there was a woman on there who decorated cakes. She did some candystripes ones and some with flowers on the top like the ones you've done and yours are just as good as hers:T:T

    Hello ladies,

I am back at work and still enjoying it. Hoping to find out about maternity pay soon, but prob need to be permanent, so not until October. But hey ho.

This month is not really going anywhere when it comes to TTC, so prob not a bad thing. I just hope that OH can cope as he is finding the failure to get pg really hard. I just want to share some of my pma, but it doesn't seem to work. I am enjoying the summer :) Pimms and tennis this weekend, and will continue with the relaxation and enjoyment of the weather and hoping to see friends this weekend and their tiny little baby :) so that will be lovely.

Very sticky baby dust to all :)

I agree that those flowers look professional, wow! :T

Well I'm sat here now on cd2. :( Does anyone else wonder why they've spent years worrying about contraception when you don't get pregnant without it or am I just being grumpy?

No need to answer that question, its the grumpy option isn't it. :o

    Hugs all round. x

hi everyone, well AF got me last Thursday, so fingers crossed for the next cycle.

I agree Kelinik, so its not just you being grumpy!!!

As AF came on Thursday afternoon, does that mean that Friday was CD1? I cant find the link that explained it all, so sorry to be a pain.

Lol Actually I was wondering that... all the cancer patients and stuff that could have been saved with all the money the nhs spent having me on the pill and handing me free condoms when really I didnt need them lol. Knowing my luck tho it would have worked when I was about 13 like all the other girls in my school!

Hi everyone, hugs to all those feeling down and/or under the weather.
Becs - those cakes are amazing! How long did they take you? I'm so jealous, I'm not at all artistic.
I agree with you re the contraception/pregnancy thing - I've been on the pill for so long and why? It's so frustrating.
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

Becs those cakes are fab! Are they easy to do?!?! I'm currently perfecting my(already quite good) baking technique then need to learn how to ice/decorate them, and all going to plan I'll offer to do my sisters wedding cake for her:D Her and her fella are constantly skint so thought it would help them out a bit and gives me something to do:D:D Only downside is Dh will get fat from eating all the rejects:rotfl::rotfl:
