I'm not convincing myself, I just have all these symptoms and I was thinking that maybe I am. It would help if I knew approximately when AF should be due after a mc as I am late for a normal cycle but of course this isn't a normal cycle.

I didn;t test today because I had to wee in the night (something else I only get when PG!) and if I'm going to do it I want the hormone as concentrated as possible if it is there so there's no doubt over the result.

I just don;t feel due on at all, I feel PG, but I also don't want to raise my hopes and have them dashed. I'm quite apprehensive about knowing either way to be honest - even if I am PG I will be scared of losing this one too.

Tbh, if I was you I would take a test. I'd get the best, most sensitive digital and take it. I don't think the wondering is helping you at all. If it's negative at least you'd know. If you feel pregnant then no matter what you do, you will be convinced that you are. Which in itself could delay your AF. I felt so pg last month I took a test. It was negative and my AF came within 24 hours, so I can only conclude that something in my head was delaying me.

On the other hand you might be pg again, especially as you are possibly more fertile the cycle after an mc. And as terrifying as that will be, it will also be wonderful.

Sweetheart just take the test...I know you really dont want a BFN but it cant be any worse that hoping as you are....I so feel for you and you never know it could be positive. I wish you all the luck in the world. My fingers are crossed tightly for you xx

Can anyone offer advice.
My period was due on the 3rd Nov, I did a test day after and on Friday gone and they said negative. First lot were 3 for £1 in 99p store and second which I did on friday was £2.99 chemist.
Now its Tues 11th and my period still has not arrived. I haven't done another test yet a other half says to wait two weeks. I can't, I'm too curious. I'm getting stomach cramp and wind just a with my first pregnancy. Has anyone had this, can you advise. My periods are like clockwork never late.

To test or not to test shadej, THAT is the question!

For you, I say test.

If you last tested Friday, then if you are PG the hormone will have doubled each day since then so it should be high. But when was the first day of your last period? I didn;t test positive until five weeks after my last period when I got PG, so if it's not five weeks maybe wait for five.

But hey, who am I to talk? I'm currently holding in my wee so I can go test this afternoon! :rotfl:

I weed in the night (well, about 6am) so though I had best wait but now I just want to test so am holding in my wee (TMI! TMI!) and have been since midday - not sure how long to try and hold as I feel I am gonna burst cos I have a pressure on my bladder-abdomen all the time these last few days.

how long should I try to wait?
