Well whatever you feel, at least you know you aren't as nuts as I was. Wondering if I was pregnant when I hadn't had sex! But it's perfectly possible you are pg, as some doctors believe you are more fertile than usual in the cycle following a mc.
I'm on day 24 and I've been feeling pretty nauseous all day, and my tummy feels that stretchy feeling I was feeling when I was pregnant. But I can't read too much into it as I felt the exact same last month. And I seem to have had EWCM all month, obviously it's hard to judge after BDing, but I've had it on and off all this month.0 -
My m/c started on 3rd Aug and the last day of a trace of anything was 17th. My next period started on 5th Sept - I have a 28 day cycle and 5th Sept was four weeks from 8th Aug and that's when the majority of the m/c bleeding stopped.
After that, I had periods on 3rd Oct and next one was due on 31st Oct (but got a pos test on 3rd Nov). We were told to wait two months before trying again so used protection for that time (til 9th Oct).0 -
Hope everyone is alright (even though it is Sunday night, rubbish!)
I am feeling much better this week after d&c last week.
Never thought I would be so happy to have bleeding stop
Ended up going on for just over a week after the procedure (and of course it stopped just after I went and bought 2 packs of pads that I will never use, bah!).
Anyway just wanted to pop in as am feeling more positive and hopeful that I will be getting all big and bumpy sometime soon (we will be trying as of now!) as well as eveyone else in this thread who wants to be0 -

Well my in-laws are gone home so; :j:j:j
They aren't bad, but it's a relief to not be criticised by my m-i-l for everything I do. She's very sweet, and doesn't mean any harm, but she's a real mother-hen who has to be right all the time and I don't know how to cope with a parent like that. There's a bigger age difference between my mother and my m-i-l than there is between my mother and me. And my mother always thought us to be independent and live our own lives. Which has worked out better for her because I love being around my mum, while my DH find his mother something of a trial. Not very TTC, but it's a good lesson for when we eventually have children.;)
Oh well, It's my DH's turn tomorrow as my parents arrive tomorrow.:D0 -
Dont know what has happened to my brain, thought my cycle started 17th Oct but now i think it could have been 21st, since i saw a tiny bit of spotting last thursday night (TMI sorry all) the bottom of my back has been aching like period pains but now i not know if im due 14th or 17th Nov, never normally have pains until day before im due:T started comping 2009:T0

i use this site http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/home.jsp to chart AF and Ov i love the little rabbits on the chart to tell me when i am fertile. Think my dh feels like a rabbit at the mo lol. I can't help smiling at the thought of all those lucky men out there but dh did say how do i know if you are wanting me or just my sperm! They should be greatful they are getting it so often :rotfl: But honest i can't get enough of him at the mo and it's not just because we are ttc i am really enjoying it :jThis is my signature!0

thanks shelly, wont be starting a new thread then.
ginvzt, OH would get his tooth done on NHS but theres a years waiting list and i dont think he will last till his apopintment in december let alone a year!!
our debts are slowly but surely being paid off, with another cheque for 1k been sent off (see, im keeping it MSE :rotfl: ) with less and less outgoings each month, its making January more and more likely for TTC!
baby dust to all x0 -
GracieP- I totally feel you're struggle with the MIL! I'm the same- my Mum is so laid back and a pleasure to spend time with while MIL is very high maintenance. Love them both of course but I know who I would rather go for a coffee with...
On topic, OH and I have properly decided to TTC which is great news. Now for the start of the stupid questions.
Firstly I've been giving blood for years and am due to go again soon. I've always been really passionate about it and know that you can't give when pregnant or for nine months after having bubs. However, would it be a bad idea to go whilst TTC? I'm due to OV Sunday, and would give blood Friday (before). I know I could call them but it seems a bit hard to explain.
Secondly I am very panicked about Mat leave, being able to do my job whilst pregnant etc. Can anyone recommend any good sites to look at about what reasonable measures my employer has to allow etc? My job involves standing for 8-10 hours at a time, bending, lifting etc. There isn't really a more sedate option that I can think of.....
Thank in advance and baby dust and glue to all (including me- yay :j )

When I was ttc about 10 years ago, I missed one session because of a miscarriage, and was asked about this next time I went to donate. When the heard the reason, they told me not to donate again while ttc as it would impair my chances of success. I've no idea why this should be so, but possibly because it is hard to pinpoint exactly to the day when you will ovulate and donating blood around that time might throw your cycle out, or damage an incipient pregnancy?0 -
Ladies, I have yet another question. Today I noticed my areolas are darker than usual, andmuch bigger than usualm and Montgomerys Tubercules have appeared. I got these last time I was PG - does this mean I probably am?
I bought two tests in Tesco today but felt it was too early to do them - should I do one?
Could I have these symptoms for any other reason? Am I getting excited prematurely?
