    Hi Annie,

I totally agree about Fertility friend. However I now use it in conjunction with the clear blue monitor rather than temping. When I was temping I found fertility friends was a bit haphazard with my cycle saying I'd ov'd when I really didn't think I had. I'm not actually sure whether ff was right or whether it really was my cycle screwed up. I'm getting great with it now and find it really useful.
Another thing I think is really useful is the fact you have your cycle history in different formats that are easy to view and you can print out to take to a GP etc if you want to discuss any concerns. Even now when I think I know my cycle I can go back and look at previous cycles and realise they're not as different as I had imagined they were from what is currently happening.

Just to add to the FF stuff, I also (yes, also! I said I was obsessive...) use My Monthly Cycles as their 'free' version allowed me to set up automatic email alerts - so it now emails me to say when OV is due and so on. You can set up have much notice you want to be given by email and what you want to be notified about, but it helps me to remember where I am CD wise!

FF is prettier to look at on screen though, IMHO.

I really feel the need to just let it all out at the mo! I'm having such a rollercoaster month I feel shattered. I was really upset last month that yet again no BFP but picked myself up again. Then ov'd later this cycle still only CD18 so not that bad but I can't help worrying after the past couple of months that the tumour has yet again become resiliant to the drugs. I get the results of latest bloods tomorrow and I'm dreading it! I'm now on CD19 of cycle and we decided to really go all out this month and try the SMEP plan so have now bd'd 8 days in the past 12 and am shattered. On top of all of this friend of DH's had a baby yesterday that wasn't planned or wanted initially and everywhere I turn at the mo there are pics and everyone talking about it. Last night I just sat there sobbing because it all got too much. I just feel it's getting harder and harder every month. Her having the baby yesterday brought it all home even more as when we first heard she was pregnant (and not happy about that fact!) we'd already been trying 18 months and now here we are 7 months later still trying.

Men need Zinc and vitamin c for sperm production. We are taking the bassests vitamin c that are chewy and they have zinc in.

Fish oils are needed for the babies brain development.

Yes we are both taking Bassetts and we are both taking Folic Acid.

I have looked into fish oils but I'm terrible at taking tablets, they do have chewy versions of these, so at the moment we are just trying to eat lots of fish to get it into our diet that way.

But I am thinking of getting the tablets when I next have to stock up.

Becs - sorry to hear how your feeling at the moment. DH's sister had her baby on my birthday and I found it very hard to deal with her pregnancy. It didn't help that she announced it the day we got back from our wedding/honeymoon when she was only a month gone. It also got to me that she called her baby an alien when pregnant! I hate how I feel about it all and I beat myself up about it most days. Thankfully they don't live in England so I can hide how I feel as all contact it through email.
