Winnie72, i dont know anything about the early bleeding, mine was a missed miscarriage. But what i can say is, firstly ((((hugs))))
And secondly, we're all here for you if the worst should happen, but i hope it is only implantation bleeding.

I should OV next week, might try a cheapy OPK today to see if there's any second line, didn't get a dark second line at all last month though so think they might be rubbish! Anyway...will have a go and see if the second line has started to show at all. Will also jump DH for some serious BD over the next week

kindofagilr - we are taking folic acid and vitamin c supplements. I'm also trying to eat as much salad and fish as possible.

Umm.. There are some vitamens called, Santogen pro natal his n hers vitamens, but they are £12! :eek:
And they dont taste good.

OH could take iron tabs maybe? And im taking folic acid with iron in (for my blood or something, cant remeber what doc said lol)

Men need Zinc and vitamin c for sperm production. We are taking the bassests vitamin c that are chewy and they have zinc in.

Fish oils are needed for the babies brain development.

Folic acid is a must and men can take them to.

Im now coming up for 7 weeks since i stopped taking the mini pill and still no AF, ive had cramps which have been very severe at 2 weekly intervals.

I was advised by my doctor that the pill should stop being effective as soon as i stopped taking it but the lack of bleeding is worrying me, guess i need to sit it out for a bit longer, never thought i would be wishing for an af visit !!

well i stayed with my cousin last night and helped with her two kids, 3 and 13mths. It was lovely and tiring.

On CD23 and nothing to report here, so sorry to hear about the mc catherineh, please feel free to pm me, it is a tough time, look after yourself.

Anyone thats had a miscarriage and then had AF after, is your AF very heavy and full of clots?

Mine is and it never usually is
