Im not that worried, as im not having any cramps. Its literally as if blood is just coming out and i cant feel it lol.

If it lasts a long time (my average is 5 days) i'll give them a call though.

NHS direct have a weird number lol.

Im now coming up for 7 weeks since i stopped taking the mini pill and still no AF, ive had cramps which have been very severe at 2 weekly intervals.

I was advised by my doctor that the pill should stop being effective as soon as i stopped taking it but the lack of bleeding is worrying me, guess i need to sit it out for a bit longer, never thought i would be wishing for an af visit !!

    mishka

I would take a test just to be sure:confused:

Sounds like you're having a bit of a rough time.

I would give it a day or 2 and if you're still worried make sure you see someone:confused:

The clots are still there, but still not having any tummy cramps or pains whatsoever. So im guessing its normal.

    Hey everyone,

Sorry I haven't been around for ages, I've been reading but I just couldn't face posting on here as after not getting pregnant straight after the miscarriage last month I was really devastated. For some reason I'd convinced myself that I would definetely catch straight away & would therefore never really be un-pregnant as I'd of been 4 weeks, 4 weeks after my m/c.

Anyway! After a horrible few weeks I've suddenly had a really good week - that includes at work  lol. Spent 3 days working my !!! off with another girl helping me, only to find out this afternoon that it was all pointless & that everything will have to be redone:eek:. Well it was laugh or cry - so the 2 of us started laughing uncontrollably to the point where I cried with laughter & all the men simply stared at us in complete confusion! :rotfl:

Evansangel my first AF after my mc finished last week & it was much heavier than usual, to the point where my mooncup kept leaking! & sorry - TMI warning - but ever since AF left I've had loads of really gloopy CM thats got a pinkish tinge to it, it's very eurgh :o I feel like my AF was really trying to flush out everything that might have been left over from the m/c.

catherineh, I'm so sorry to hear your news, we are all here for you should you need us & will also understand if you don't. I think you asked about how people found it after their m/c, well my ov was about a week later than usual & my luteal phase was 2/3 days longer than usual. I'm waiting to see if it all settles back down this month.

There's lots of newbies here by the looks of things so hi to everyone. Fingers crossed for all those awaiting to test & Congratulations to the BFP's I missed.

I'm signing up for the work's gym next week (only £13 p/m - very MSE!!!) with my friend from work & I'm really excited :o - surely the fact that I have to pay for 3 months up front will mean that I'll get my BFP this month :rotfl:. I'm doing the GCC 2009 so I need to get moving!

Just have to say as well that my DD is on day 5 of potty training & managed all day today with no accidents - so proud :D

    Baby dust to all.

:DBeautiful DD born Jan 2007 :D

Catherine H - just wanted to give you a rubbish hug :grouphug:

EA, doesn't sound pleasant at all, but hopefully will soon be over with and then you can start looking forward again to all the fun of TTC again... x

Hi Nikabella, chin up hun and so glad to read you've managed to have a good laugh this week and are feeling a little brighter. I was always told when growing up to keep laughing to make everything seem better - oh, how I wish that trick really worked!! Ooh, and what a star your DD is today

Kindofagilr - your OH sounds like a keeper! What a man - and does he have a spare brother for me please?! He writes so eloquently, my OH has always tended to even write in grunts

Welcome to the newbies - I can spot a few new names on here but will have to try and take more in after I've had dinner. So late finishing work tonight and I'm completely shattered, my mind isn't holding information very well!

So hugs to all who need them and fingers crossed for those on 2WWs :)

Just to put a downer on proceedings, am worrying about OH - he is acting mightily strange and suspicious, so we're now in danger of missing OV this month too... :undecided

    Hi all,

I've been watching this thread for about oh.. 4 months now and I've not had anything new to add as I'm new to ttc'ing myself and everyone seems to have everything covered. But I noticed somebody mentioned Fertility Friend so I wanted to add my 2p.

I'm a bit of a control freak so right when OH said he was ready to start trying, I made sure I read up about everything. Having said that, I've made some real bonehead mistakes along the way including completely missing my O date several times :D But my control-freakedness has paid off as I have lots of data on FF so I can start spotting trends in my cycle.

You can get FF in either the free version or the paid version. I recommend you sign up for the free version and see if you like it. The free version also includes the paid versions features (and there are a lot of helpful bits) for the first 30 days or something. One of the things I've found really valuable is the predictor part which tells me when I'm probably going to O and when to expect AF (very MSE as I don't end up wasting tests!)

If you'd like to take a sneaky peak at my chart its at [bollix I can't post a link as new poster boooo!] - I made it public cos frankly, don't we all need all the help we can get :) (ok its at [start link] 'all the w's' dot fertility friend dot com forward slash home forward slash 25cad7[end link] am not a spammer, honest!)

I know I sound like an ad for them but I am truly believing that I am in charge of my own fertility thanks to this tool. There are probably other ones out there that do the same job for free so don't just take my word for it! I just like this one :) Take a look at my chart and look at the BD line - where the "crosshairs" are is O day.. I could not have timed my bd'ing any better... and given the amount I sometimes I have to persuade OH to BD I really appreciate the heads up from FF. In addition to that, if my tempreture dips down too much I am pretty much guaranteed to be out for this month, and it sort of makes it easier to know that rather than relying on that witch AF to let you down.

Also.. and this might be tmi.. but this month was the first month I started temping erm.. southwards.. and its made a huge difference for me as previously I was temping by the mouth and the temps were all over the shop. If nothing else I recommend checking CM for the fabled EWCM and taking your tempreture every morning with a basal therm. It makes it really easy to know when the right time is to BD (and for me, when to turn the screws on OH :rotfl:)

I'm glad to finally have something useful to say in this thread. I hope you all get your BFPs really soon.. but special mention to LeopardLady, Nikabella and Catwoman.. I've been following your stories from the start and your dissapointments made us all really feel for you. You deserve that BFP and I'm positive you'll get one soon.

Whoa.. that was an epic post. Sorry bout that!
