    Hey all,
Popping in for all the gossip as I haven`t been on here for a few days.
    Congrats to all the BFP!!!
I`m due AF on Saturday or Sunday. I`m symptom spotting like mad, so far for the last week I have.....
Slighty sore boobs- which I never ever get.
Immense hunger and random sickness feeling - and i`ve never been a big eater!! Crackers and savory items are all I want.
Achey/Bloated feeling in lower tummy- kind of like theres a tennis ball pulling down.
Sleeping so much its boardering on hibernation- i`m normally a 4-5 hour a night girl so going to 10-12 is bizarre.
And finally last night we had a mix and match curry meal. Where we buy 3-4 little dishes and some rice and share a bit of each. My faverite has always been chicken and corn curry, mmmmm creamy and crunchy. But as soon as I took the lid off all I could smell was a really strong acidy vomit smell. OH said it smelt fine and proved it by eating the lot in the kitchen with me hiding in the front room from the smell.
I`m really confused that it might be my head playing april fools on me, but something does feel "different". Do you think I should wait longer to test? I have about 3-4 days before AF should be here. Or buy a cheap 2 pack and try one today and depending on results do one for sunday morning?

Also does anyone have some marbles I can have as i`m convinced i`m loosing mine!! lmao

Sorry to hear that Jovichick, roll on next month for you!

Congratulations of a different kind to Tigerlilley, look forward to joining you and reading about your plans on your wedding thread x

Fishcake (ooh, that makes me really hungry typing that!) you don't need us to tell you that your SS is sounding very positive and of course the testing is up to you! I always seem to be saying step away from the tests and let your AF day come before you test so you don't get downhearted with false negatives beforehand, but hey ho - BFPs are appearing daily on here now so I suspect you might be next. How exciting! Fingers crossed for you hun x

I'm in turmoil today, I had some spotting this morning, which really upset me so made an appointment at the doctor. He was great and got in touch with the early pregnancy unit while I was there, they think it's too early for a scan to show anything, so they have siad to hold off for a week, then do another test then get back in touch with them if it positive. If anything else happens before then I've just to go back to the doc. I know that spotting isn't uncommon but I'm really worried now, although when I spoke to my mum she said when she was pregnant with my brother she carried on bleeding throughout the pregnancy, lmost like a normal af each month, and the doctors kept telling her that she wasn't pregnant, but she knew she was and well my brother is now 37!! So I just hope the same is happening for me.

Hi Catowoman, I am sure everything is going to be ok, it is something i am really worried about, and as i haven't told my mum yet, not sure when i am going to. I don't have her support if it does happen.

Take heart from your mum and keep in touch with the doc if there is any change, it sounds like they are helpful and caring. Look after yourself and try really hard not to worry, as i am sure you are going to be fine :)

Baby dust to all on here, i look forward to seeing more of you join me, (hopefully Fishcake :) )

Silly for me to say don't worry yourself too much, as I know I would in your position - but I also know lots of people experience spotting early on and it can be absolutely nothing to worry about most of the time.

So (you can punch me if you want!) it might be something to go with the flow on and hopefully it will not accompany you throughout your pregnancy!!

Fingers crossed for you, sending you a big hug x

Catw0man, the exact same thing happened to me this time round. At around 5 weeks I started to spot a little bit and also felt crampy. I got quite upset as it had taken us nearly 2 years to conceive this time round and I was convinced I was losing it. My doctor, who is lovely, told me I was too early for a scan, but that I should try to relax and take things a bit easier than usual for a few days. I spotted for about 3 days in total, and had a scan when I was 6+3, when the heartbeat was lovely and strong and all was well with bean. I'm now 13+5 and all still well.

My doc said it was incredibly common to spot in early pregnancy, and that most woman will do so in at least one pregnancy, and its rarely anything sinister.

Will keep fx for you, but try not to worry too much.

Thanks for all your words of advice and support, I'm trying not to think about it too much, my mum was just saying that my sister had the same thing with her first baby (he's now 16) so maybe it's something that runs in the family! (fingers crossed!)
