    Ah Leopardlady, you're very welcome!

Can I ask if any of you have tried any of the fertility books I keep reading about? I've looked at the Toni Weschler one and the latest Zita West and reckon it would be worth trying, but don't know which to pick!

Of course Leopardlady, you might not be needing one... xxx

Thanks for all your advice everyone. I think leaving work will be the best solutuion for me at the moment, i think i just needed to hear it from everyone else to that its not selfish of me to want to be at home with my little un.
Anyhoo dr couldnt really tell me much about my lack of af's. He said i need to give it longer. He took a urine sample anyway to check himself whether i'm pg or not plus what ever else they check for so should have tests back in a day or 2.

Hi guys, I am glad you are happier now to go with what you want nickynoo, i am sure you will be very happy and your little un will be thrilled to have you around. well done!

Well ladies i have succumbed and I have tested! I tested with an Asda one that a friend gave me this morning, but forgot about it! (I know how could i!!) I came back to find a BFP! So i then used my last e-bay cheapie as i am worried it is an evap line!
My ebay-cheapie has such a feint BFP i am not sure how real it is!

I have a First Response in my draw, but am hoping to hold out until tomorrow morning, at least then i should have more chance of picking up a real BFP if it is there! Oh why did i get distracted after poas!!???????

    Baby dust to all :)

  • OMG congrats Leopardlady :j :j :j

Very pleased for you :T Don't worry too much about the feint line, when I fell pg with DS could hardly see the line on the first test, when I tested again next am, was there clear as day ;) Ok, it took another 6/7 tests to convince me but anyways...

  • Still lurking and just had to say a huge congrats to LeopardLady! I've found Asda tests to be pretty good in the past.

    Congratulations Leopardlady :D:D:D:D:D
I'm still lurking here too, I'm still scared there is nothing there!! I'll not be convinced until I've had a scan, it's going to be a long wait! I have an appointment with the health visitor on Friday at the ante-natal clinic so maybe she'll reassure me!!!

Just couldn't stop myself from crying just now! What a silly moo I am.

Catw0man - ah, bless! I think I would be a bit like that too and I'm sure lots of others are as well. Try not to think like that, enjoy it and I'm sure the health visitor will say the right thing! Just think of the excitement you'll feel when your scan comes around x

Hey ho, roll on the BDing this month, only on CD7 but will try to get more positive when the right time comes as OH is still away.

    Hi Leopardlady,

Congratulations! :j:j:j I was sooooo happy to read your post, I have only been lurking on here lately and mainly posting on the ttc 12 months/diificulty thread. I'm completely ashamed to say it has really upset me reading all the BFP's lately (no offence meant to those who have had the BFP's) simply because they all seem to be ladies who started trying last month! When you've been trying a long time or things aren't straightforward it can be very upsetting to see others posting BFP's when they haven't even really been trying. So it really heartened me to see yours today as someone who really does know the agony of yet another af arriving each month and also shows it really is possible to get a bfp even after 12 months! I really wish you all the very best for a happy and healthy pregnancy and you can see the New Year in with a new baby!
    Congratulations again.:T:T:T
