    Morning everyone.

Nikabella, I am sending you lots of cycle twin hugs. Did the doctor say that they could make another appointment for you? Well done on finding out what happened with the counselling, I do hope they get you another appointment soon.

I do agree with rose, you're not the only one. I have periods of time at work where I feel completely out of my depth, I think lots of people do. That is not to dimish how you are feeling at all, but make you realise that you're not alone!

Are there any colleagues at all you can chat with and hint at the way you feel? Or anyone you knowin the same industry?

Elastic and GISI, sending you both hugs. x x x
  • Morning, hope everyone is well. Hugs to those that AF has visited. I'm sorry to hear your story Elastic hope you get a BFP in 3 months time.
I'm on CD14 and got a peak reading on my fertility monitor. :j Much earlier this month so hopefully this'll be the month I get a BFP. There is heaps of snow here today and the school is closed :j DD is away out to play on her sledge and OH is off work so hopefully we'll get some BDing done while she is out :o:D .
Good luck to my cycle buddies too.

  • Morning All

Its lovely and snowy here today - even though I' m here at work and extra busy because most of my colleagues have used the snow as an excuse not to come to work it still makes me feel happy (sad I know ).

(((huggs))) to everyone who needs one - it seems like there are quite a few of us going through a bit of a tough time at the moment:cool: Hopefully things will start to improve soon.

Anyway, wishing all you ladies who are BDing lots of luck and fingers crossed for you helen81 - it sounds like you've had a good few days;)

I'm still waiting for AF to arrive tomorrow but still have my usual on/off spotting so don't think there's any doubt that she will start soon (that coupled with the fact that we got in hardly any BDing last month:mad:). I really just want to get it out the way now so I can focus on next month.

Nikabella, just a quick note to say - my mother has suffered from depression on and off all my life and it never had much of an effect on me. She occasionally snapped at me for what I thought was a very little reason, and I heard her crying on a few occasions but other than that I was unaffected.
As I got older she spoke to me a bit more about it (always in the past tense, never about what she might have been going through at the time) and actually it was great, because when I suffered a small bout of depression myself when I was 20ish I recognised it for what it was and got myself sorted out.
Being depressed won't have a negative effect on your DD as long as you handle it responsibly. You obviously care very much, so I'm sure you'll do a brilliant job.
Am not witty enough to put something cool and informative here:o :o

Bit confused today, I've just been plotting my temps - first cycle taking temps. However the day I peaked is also the day I got a positive on my opk. I thought they were supposed to happen a few days apart. Does anyone know what this means?

Hi can anyone who has been using the clearblue monitor for more than a couple of cycles offer any advice? I'm on my 3rd cycle using the monitor, the 1st cycle I had 5 highs then a peak on day 20, 2nd cycle I had 5 highs then a peak on day 22, this cycle I am on day 17 and have had no high. I had been charting previously and 90% of the time I would ov on day 20. I read that 5 highs is normal 1st cycle but then on cycle 2 can drop to less. Does anyone know whether this can happen on cycle 3. I'm really worried as have had to double my medication that I am on this month and am concerned that this may be messing the machine up!
