Congratulations V, can't believe you waited 11 days before testing again! You will have to join the pregnancy club now :) Hope it all goes well for you.

DH is as disappointed as me and I keep telling him its ok and we'll get there eventually - although part of me wants to yell that if he would just get past his bding issue's around OV time we'd get there a lot quick (can't actually say this at it would only make it worse).

My OH has the same issues. I'm not allowed to even say we should be BDing for the next few days. We might BD once if I'm lucking and according to him thats enough. I feel like its never going to happen. What is their problem!!?

Hi ladies, i've not posted much here lately. I haven't forgotten you all :D

I know there is no way we're going to be pregnant this month, we've BD'd....wait for it.....THREE TIMES this whole cycle, my AF is due this weekend. I know we could still catch, it only takes one afterall and i'm pretty sure one of those occassions was around my most fertile time but I bet we haven't.

Oh well it is our first month of trying so I don't mind too much.

I'm going to go and have a read of what i'm missed, I do read this most days but I might have missed something important like a BFP! :D

  • well i did a test the day af was due and it was BFN and didnt think anymore of it, that maybe my cycle needed to adjust and get back on track from taking the pill for 4 yrs, im shockd still, peeps at work were like 'yeah it will take a few monthes to get preggers after taking the pill for so long' which was true for my first pregnancy , it took nearly 18monthes with my son whos now 4, good timing i suppose cus when bubs is born ds will be starting full time school.
one of the girls at work rang me yesterday and said'omg is it true', how good news travels fast, id better let my manager know asap before someone else tells her, or should i tell her when the doc has confirmed things on monday??
Cant believe i had a clear out in the summer cus i was adiment that i was happy with one child, what i div!!how mother nature works i will not know, thanks for all your conrats, and goodluck and dust and sticky stuff to everyone else:D

  • Congrats, Nessquic! That is brilliant news so close to Christmas.

10dpo for me and I have no pregnancy symptoms at all- last two months I was convinced I did have, but obviously didn't really. This month I just feel normal. AF due of Saturday so time will tell.

Lots of Christmas Babydust to everyone on here.

Isn't the first "symptom" most women notice a missed period? I don't know, never been pg, but I think you are not necessarily going to feel pregnant straight away... Some have a hunch, others have no clue!

I think most women know before they miss AF. Both times I've been Pg I have had sore boobs, Montgomerys Tubercules, aching in my tummy and extreme tiredness way before AF was due - both times I tested positive 15 days after conception, on a 34-day cycle.

    Hypno - great news!! :T

Hi all, haven't been here for a while, it's taken me 2 weeks to catch up!

:grouphug: to those that need it

    :T to those with BFPs

Not much going on here, had flu for the last 2-3 weeks, so not much BDing going on at all, so not at all hopeful for this month, still, at least there's less chance of being whale-like for my wedding (assuming I can shift the excess weight before I get a BFP):rotfl:

Not sure when I'll get on again, so :xmassign: to you all and happy BDing ;)
