Hey_Dude wrote:Dudes,
There is a post on the other thread talking about Joeys - thought my question was more appropriate here.
What in the name of all things Holy is a Joey.
Can some kind Dude give me a step-by-step guide on what I should do with my Joey, if I ever find out what it is and get me some
Cheers
Duder
I'm sure you've got the idea now dude but just to reiterate - a "joey" is £3 coupon found on a box of cereal that costs less than £3. These can be used against your shopping as Tesco's accept any coupons.
I posted this on the other thread..........Niggy wrote:More Joey £3 coupons
Our local Somerfields have Nestle Fitnesse with fruit @ £1.80 (ish) a pack and Bitesize shredded wheat with fruit @ .99p – they are all short-dated but have £3 coupons valid until end of May
Tesco’s are still happily taking these vouchers so I’m going to go and get a trolley load later
So for a spend of £10 in Somerfield I can get £30 worth of shopping in Tesco's (spread over a few shops though) + free cereal!!!!!0 -

So let me get this straight - I visit Mr Tesco and buy:
One roll of sellotape - £1
Some hamster food - £2
A bottle of Dettol - £2
Total bill - £5
Give the cashier a Joey coupon.
And even though there isn't a Joey DVD in sight I'll pay just £2 with no questions asked???

Yes Duder, if Tescos stock the item then they "should" take the £2 off your shopping bill. However, if you get an arsey cashier they might not, but just try again next time. I get about £10 a week off my shopping using vouchers for products I didn't buy. :rotfl:I am the only Voucher Queen in my village LOL

Whats the deal with an out of date sel on display, is it just up to the store manager to make a decision whether to give an R&R or to refund the difference0

Last night, around 7.40pm, I posted a heads up to look out for mispriced JVC camcorders today (2 moneysavers subsequently picked up them up today on R&R) on the misprices thread.
Today, however, the posts seemed to have been deleted - not even moved to the discussion area. Did a moderator delete my post, or was the website wonky last night?

Worth a look tomorrow morning - my own store tends to be very thorough, but maybe someone somewhere will get a bargain!
Hi Cleudo
It's on the other Tesco page, the misprice one. At least it is on my screen. I think you posted a similar one last week, I think you are probably owed a big thanx by a few happy people today.0 -
Hi, I have recently had to reformat my PC and subsequently lost a lot of my favourites.
There used to be a great site (run by CPJacko) that collated all the misprises.
Is it still running and could anyone kindly post the link again??
Thanks in anticipation,
