yes, the policy says you are entitled to a full refund + the product. says it right behind the electrical desk. Also say to them that nowhere it says that it does not include mobile phones and computers.0

Did someone go into the Lakeside store over the weekend and get some nice R+R's?
I had a wasted trip there this morning as it's not my local store and found some of the items listed but all had their tickets removed so i'm assuming someone had beaten me to it!!Darren0 -
went all around tesco, checking SELs etc of the items posted on this thread, they all seemed to be right however and there was no mispricing
I hate my tesco!!

In my local Tescos there are never any posters up for the CD's and DVDs0

I bought the Housework CD yesterday (which I genuinely wanted) and was charged £14 or so for it. When I was in another Tesco today it was listed as one of the chart offers for week commencing 26/12 so it should have been on offer when I bought it.
Where do I stand on that? The store I generally use and where I bought it from doesn't have the posters up with prices on them (presumably so you don't know you've been charged too much!) so I guess I can't claim a refund from them? I'm not bothered about a full refund, the difference would be fine, can I take it back to the store that did have the poster up and get a refund of the difference there?0 -
I am wondering if the shelf label says "offer ends 27.12.05", can we still claim it as overcharge if we buy it today (2.1.06) ??
Thanks!0 -
Watch out for all those christmas offers ending on the 3rd January - especially the beers, wines and spirits section. In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?

Thanks!m_will wrote:The answer is yes.
I would have thought that because the offer expired on xxx date it would negate the overprice? After all, if it clearly states that the offer has expired, then surely as a consumer we cannot expect to get it at the offer price.
If this is the case, then surely we want our cake and eat it. I'm no fan of Mr T, and I've had a few R&Rs from him, but I also think that one has to play the game fairly.0
