Either way, it is your choice to use tesco for all of the services that you have mentioned both in the past and in the future.
Who are you to judge people spa2k? We all know your views on this forum
and quite frankly we are sick of them, you have been told before "If you haven't got anything good to say about this forum then don't log on anymore!!!!!0 -
ooo, i feel soo reprimanded. Precisely where was the judgement? A set of opinions was voiced. I believe everyone is entitled to an opinion and wether you like it or not, i, like everyone else that is an unbanned registered member have a freedom to post that opinion. Unless asked not to by a moderator then i shall post that opinion when i wish to (out of interest, have you done a survey or was it the proverbial WE?). YOU DO NOT HAVE TO READ IT. I would apologise that you are sick of my opinions were i actually sorry.you have been told before "If you haven't got anything good to say about this forum then don't log on anymore!!!!!
my comments were not about the forum, they were about the case raised.
Were you to have thought about my post, you would have realised that the main point made is that it is each customers choice to shop at tesco. Most customers return week in and week out, year in and year out. In order to remain the number one retailer and continue as a successful business, something must be being done correctly.

Fair enough. I am sorry that you have had a bad experience, and if enough people do the same and vote with their feet then lessons will have to be learnt.Fight Poverty - Hit a tramp!

I was charged a different price for Bakers Dog Food - £4.74/pk instead of the web price of £3.98 (my confirmation email stated the lower price too).
After checking that the lower price was still available online, I emailed Customer Services, who said:
"The prices quoted on our Grocery website are guide prices only. The prices for items can vary slightly either up or down, from day to day. Therefore, the actual price you will be charged, is the price in our store on the day that your order is picked and delivered"
Does this mean they can charge what they like?
Any help out there?
Has anyone else had any experience with this?
I just don't see how they can charge a different price to what is still on offer on their website.0 -
Surely thats illegal the price you agree to is the price at the checkout and when you confirm you are confirming the price agreed, i think trading standards would be intrested.0

This is the first time i have posted on this site, and its only due to the "attack" on spa2k that i have now. After watching for 6 months i have come to realise there are two types of people on this site.
1. Those who firmly believe that the misprices should be pointed out to TESCOS.
2. Those who just want to make as much money as possible but try to justify their actions as being a "help" to other consumers.
Members of staff who write for this forum put themselves at great risk , most contracts now state that contacting "the media" (public forums such as this are such), may be open to disciplinery action. Please remember the good advice and diverse opinions you have been given.
To understand the problems of tescos staff look at their website "very little helps .com, then perhaps you will understand the frustrations of the "TESCOS TEAM".0 -
Its just a shame that one of those types are so outnumbered by the other, as represented by the people who bought bag loads of meat though they had no freezer space to store it.DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

Personally, I also do not comment in this thread, as I find it too antagonistic.
However, i would like to state for the record, I do not go out an buy bagloads of anything. I only ever get one of any item (except the chicken on monday because I got one for my mum to treat her). It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
