Yes, well pleased with mine too (£170 @ tescos)
Love the keyboard - full size shift key, decent sized keys. Sold my Dell Mini 9 after three days because of the key layout.
Great battery life. Crystal clear screen. Ordered a SD HC 16GB Memory stick for it, as heading off for a few days and am going to stick some movies on it for travelling. Also ordered a leather folio type case for it.
Highly Recommended!0 -

Yep I thought that but I meant where do you transfer them from?
If you have a dvd of a film then you can't transfer it can you, I thought there would be some kind of protection on it?
Or do you go to certain sites where you can download films and if you do this don't they take forever to download to your pc and wouldn't you need a pretty big memory stick to fit the film onto? (and I don't mean a six inch long memory stick there before anyone mentions it!).

DIVX films are usually about 700MB. So that they can fit on a single CD. You'll have no problems sticking them on a >1GB flash drive.
You can download them easily. But it's somewhat illegal.
Or you can rip DVDs to make your own DIVXs. Just google for DVD ripping. I don't think we're allowed to put instructions here.0 -
Saw in my Tesco Home store this evening that they are currently selling the Asus 904 ( orginal price of £299) with 1GB and 80gb and also the Acer one with 1 Gb and 120gb at £239.00 - promotion is listed until the 3rd December. (choice of colour's avalible)
PC world says they are discontinuing the 904 ( priced there for £249.99 same spec)
Could anyone assist in suggesting one is the better choice or is it worth paying out the more for the Asus 901? Looking for a Laptop with good memory speed, portable and durable with a good battery life ( for traveling)Making saving money part of my life.0
