    Well at least I got the full length one. But no reaction to my statement that this whole episode is a PR disaster for them because of the dissonance between words and deeds.

    Why can't somebody (somebody.... anybody... ?) from ING clarify which transactions are the 'small number of manual payment instructions which will take longer to process'??

    Is it people who requested CHAPS transfers or people who requested repeat transactions or people who had fixed term savings???

    Whilst I'm glad that some people have been reunited with their long lost savings, it's highly frustrating that people (myself included) who requested transfers via the supposedly instant or at least quicker CHAPS seem to be waiting the longest. It's even more infuriating that we paid for this privilege! (Had I known, I would have requested my transfer via BACS!)
    And to add insult to injury, those who originally requested transfers via BACS have received their money via CHAPS anyway!!

    I realise ING have inherited a mess, I just wish they would be more transparent about their processes... :mad:

    Rogues Gallery, hehe ! Nice one ! Had to say that - but since I'm one of the KE customers whose original (bacs) transfer was resloved, I'll refrain from further posts - but I'm with you all in spirit - reading all the posts as they come in! Good luck to you all !

    Maybe those wanting to email from now on can emphasise that there seems to be missing transfers across all banks - not just Barclays, in my instance.

    tmvc2007 - can you confirm number of banks?
