This thread has grown so much since my last post. However just to say my money arrived yesterday in my cheque account. I sent it by BACS last week but it has arrived with what would appear to be a CHAPS type reference. May be how they do it but not typical BACS payment reference. This is the first withdrawal I have made therefore I have no previous experience of references with KE. Nice to have money back though. Now Where?Yeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes, thank you and no.
