Lets be kind to this guy. Never pays to antagonise someone who is willing to help. I think he should be given the list of transactions, so he knows exactly which are not receiving attention.

that email address doesn't look right - the correct domain name is ingdirect.co.uk - not ings

I am *extremely* wary of sending any personal details to a known email address let alone something that doesn't seem right.

I hope the IT department are working overtime so that as from Monday they ING will be able to access our accounts when we all ring to find out what the Hell is going on, this would be the second best option for us at the moment. (First being, giving us our cash back!)
