Note you have put a double quote on the end of his email address - my fault I edited my post to correct it, after you sent your mail - please try again!

88 CHAPS intitated transfers, 85 sent the amount - total of nonreceived transfers £2,849,269

Spoke to manager (who would rather I didn't post his name)in KE call centre - first of all thought I was a journalist as I knew about other transfers then realised I was"one of those" (genuine quote) from the message boards! You can imagine how well I responded to that (I think the term is righteous rant). Anyway, he claims that he knows of one CHAPS from the 7th that was received - I'm not conviced and said so. Also said that he's been given no information at all about the timescale for the other payments and tried to tell me that the ING announcements had always made it clear we wouldn't receive our money yesterday - cue another rant from me.:mad:

His other 'useful' aside was 'he couldn't see the point of us sharing information with eachother about nonreceived transfer'.

I think I'll keep my powder dry until Monday now
Just to make myself clear - I do think our money will arrive - i just want it to be soon.

I am now very confused about the correct email address for Alastair Hemmings I sent mine to the ings address and it didn't bounce back.

Can someone publish the correct email address please without quotes etc..

It's a good sign they reacted in that way, More chance they will do something about it. Before the weekend is out we ought to try and agree common action ref emails to moneybox/ working lunch etc so they know there's interest in the story. It worked in a small way today on moneybox, just think they need a little more "evidence" of the numbers involved as they seem to believe this quote about the majority of payments having been processed.
