Sorry,
I am now very confused about the correct email address for Alastair Hemmings I sent mine to the ings address and it didn't bounce back.
Can someone publish the correct email address please without quotes etc..

Sorry! You are right.the fone no. i gave out was correct.E mail needs tweaking.On his e mail to me it says [EMAIL="Alastair.Hemmings@ingdirect.co.uk.However"]Alastair.Hemmings@ingdirect.co.uk.However[/EMAIL] i sent my original e mail all lower case and he got it! Sorry about the xtra 's'!0 -
Have sent all our new friends an email, cc. to Working Lunch:
"I have not contacted ING previously as I was satisfied by your website's consistent assurances that all transfers from Kaupthing Edge last week would be honoured and IN customers accounts by close of business Friday 17 October. It is now Saturday afternoon and it is clear that these assurances were given in good faith but not achievable.
For I and many others, the transfers have not happened. As at the time of writing, there is almost GBP3m from 85 savers missing. This data was collected in less than 12 hours, so this figure must be magnified many times to get the real picture. On contacting ING this morning, we have had mixed messages as to what happened to these transfers.
We are your customers now, and how you handle this situation will inform the way we now view your customer relation practices. As you see, these are not insignificant amounts, and each and every one of us is concerned at the lack of, and delay in ING disseminating information. It is disturbing that a global banking organisation, with 1 million customers in the UK cannot manage what must be a comparatively small number of transactions.
Please restore faith by resolving this by Monday morning."

UPDATE: Saturday 18TH OCTOBER, 13.50PM
PAYMENT UPDATE
It has come to our attention that some of you haven't yet received your money transfer request payments.
Quite frankly - we couldn't give two hoots about you.
We will continue to post innacurate information to this page just to string you all along...just a little bit longer.

Decided , whilst waiting for cash, I would add a few more lines everyday...
Could be longest ditty ever!!
Early October, Icesave Bank melted away
Kaupthing Edge dived the very next day
But Gordon Brown, hearing of our plight
Moved our savings to ING by the end of the night
Since then empty promises from I N G
Friday - told to wait and see
So come through for us ING without delay
And pay us our savings back today
After hours of waiting, it has come to light
that ING's promises are a load of !!!!!
Worthless words to those of us who wait
Stop the lies and tell us straight.......
WHERE IS OUR ******* MONEY!
Told now, "we are to get our cash by the middle of next week"
Everyday, with regards to my bank account, I'll take a peek
If with ING's history.. it won't be there
I'll have to resort to higher above with a prayer
But let's stay positive and all agree
That by Wednesday, of this mess...........
WE WILL BE FREE!0
