Does anyone know ING fax numbers, in uk and holland? I am minded to send them the facts of my transaction as someone said earlier that emails were being ignored/bounced back. I will fax De Wit and Tillmann, suggesting difficulties in UK.

Hi 2little, there is no rhyme or reason, no patterns no nothing! If you haven't got your money, it's because they've not sent it and has nowt to do with when you asked for your money.

I moved 6 months ago and informed KE immediately. Just called KE Helpdesk to confirm that they had my correct details in case this was the part of the manual hold up (address, telephone number) and they still had the OLD address and telephone number which they have now amended

If you’ve moved recently call them now to check details

She also verbally guaranteed that I would receive my very large chaps by Wednesday at the latest!

I've just checked Barclays account and incoming (refunds etc) and monies outbound (incl payments due) were all updated overnight. No KE/ING tx.

Just put us out of our misery !!

Then it depends on what time the transfer takes place, so it could be Tuesday before it shows up. I'm still waiting, another frustrating and worrying weekend.

Written guarantees are by far more water tight, and as you can see, where did that get any of us yesterday?
