Being paranoid got me the bulk of our Kaupthing balance out just in time! I got £30K out on the 7th, still waiting for £2500 but at least we've got money to live on now (The rest is in good ol' Icesave)

Just phoned up ING and was told that they are aware all transactions did not happen yesterday and assured me they would now be completed by 'midweek'

Yes it was all chaos starting on 4 oct. What needs to happen, is for ING to trace our individual transaction IDS. Any respectable bank, when it is informed that money it sent has not arrived on time, will immediately instigate a trace on it. Failure to pay on time, is a potential default, and liable to cause a run on deposits, especially in todays climate. The only mitigating circumstances in this case, is the chaotic takeover by ING. However, they have had all the time they needed to sort this. ING have not fulfilled their commitments, within the timeframe they themselves specified and must now explain what is happening to each individual transaction, pay up or face the consequences.

You can include my £10K CHAPS one from the afternoon of 08/10 - that pushes to figure into the £2million! Crazy amount to be missing...

More made up horse manure by ING management/customer service staff in order to give it's own customers the brush off. Scandalous, really. Liars

I've just checked Barclays account and incoming (refunds etc) and monies outbound (incl payments due) were all updated overnight. No KE/ING tx.

Just put us out of our misery !!
