i think against each entry in the statement, on the right, there are two icons, something like sheets of paper.....click on one or the other....

There is a little + sign next to transaction on statement page it pulls down list including transaction no.

ummm..i must be missing something here...
Are you guys talking about a savings account statement, or a fixed term deposit statement?

I am looking at my savings statement, and there are no "+"'s or icons next to the transactions...

....meanwhile for the rest of us who ING have completely and utterly failed with the disasterous service, we can only sit and prey their inept, incompetant management and handling of this entire affair miraculously improves over the weekend and we get our money on Monday.

At this rate I suspect I'm more likely to get a whale up my !!!! sideways, then I am likely to get my money back Monday - try not making worthless promises you can't keep!

ING, if you are reading this - I utterly dispise and loath your company - give me back my f'ing money!!!

Yes it was normal transfers on Wednesday afternoon 8th. First one for a few hundred pound then about 3 hours later I finally panicked and transfered the rest.
