just a quick question - for the first time since i transferred savings out of KE I've just tried to login to get the transaction number for the CHAPs i did on 08.10 and its now asking me to agree to terms & conditions dated June 2008. Has anyone else had this? and should I agree to them (if I don't I can't get into the account...0

Nice to see their pictures... but do you have their emails too? I'll email them tonight. It's a disgrace that there is no 'update' on the ING site NOW to indicate why they haven't kept their promise to repay by close of business today.
I sincerely hope that there are no investors out there who find all this stress too much and decide that enough is enough.
I also wonder if these people from ING are reading any of our posts on here0 -

For the first time I can not log in. I logged in and clicked on my account and got transferred to an ING page. Can not log back in now. Maybe they are doing something to the site. Nobody else reporting problems yet though.0 -
