OK...I'm back...I've emailed a long incomprehensible email to BBC Newsroom...and will next send through details to tmvc2007 (big thank you to tmvc2007 for taking this task on), guess I will need to do Working Lunch next. Considering briefing a PR agency on Monday to get a really big media campaign on this issue going....

will email mine tomorrow - just have a query over whether I should accept the 'new' terms & conditions on the KE website when I tried to login in tonight. Stupidly the page I printed doesn't actually show the t/a number - but for your info for now it was a CHAPS on 08.10 at about 8.30 am - for 29,536.00 .... If so can let me know if they've had to accept this page b4 acessing their account would be grateful...

I believe it's to do with cookies. If you've cleared your history, or are on a different computer that could be the problem.

It's OK to agree to them.

Hi Dutch, yes i get this every time i log in as i opened my account after may 08, so i bypass first screen and log in on 2nd page and agree terms , no problems.Apart from being minus 20k!!!

Can you tell me please where the transaction number can be found?

I have screen shots of the statement but do not have a transaction nmber for the CHAPS request.
