  • Please supply your chaps transaction details to writer tmvc2007......the writer will send a query to ING.....so ING can provide an explanation of what has happened to each transaction.

I'll do it myself. If I don't get the money on Monday, I'll be on the phone to them Tuesday until I get the fax number to send them the copy of my KE statement with the transaction on it. I'll spend all day on the phone to them if I need to. I can't believe that they'd put the phone down on me but you never know....

Can someone check they can still login to their account and view the account details. When I tried to view the details it took me to the ING site. Probably just me so no need to panic.

My biggest worry is, and has been all along, is that our requests have simply gone missing, and no one knows of their existence!

Hi folks, Sorry to hear that not all payments made it through.

For myself, BACS transfers made on 6th, 7th, 8th October all arrived in my TSB account this afternoon. They have a cryptic number beside them, part of which is "RBOS" (clearing bank?).

    BB
Hmmm-me too.I made BACS transfers to RBS on the 9th & 14th. The one on the 9th came through this morning labelled BAC-as posted a few pages back and the one on the 14th appeared tonight labelled EBP OPC CONT PMT SUSP also showing as no description available on the mini statement. I just don't understand why only some of us have had money though??? Please let it all be sorted by Monday....
