I feel like such an idiot. I have been a supporter of ING on this thread and simly could not believe they would put a date of 17th of October out there and then not deliver.
I have not recieved any payemnt today and am now getting the brush off from ING about how it should be in there by Monday.
I'm done with them. They should change their name to LIE-NG, Cheif Executive Johan de Half-Wit or whaterver his name is.
What a bunch of sheisters0 -

He said that on this number they will have access to my account with Kaupthing Edge and can give more details. He said they were aware that 'a few people' had not yet got their transfers through! A few??!! Must be thousands? Thanks to all on here for the support, help and advice. Weekend would be more miserable without this forum....If you want to be rich, never, ever have kids0 -
We have received one of our payments into cahoot (believe it or not after the last 48 hours debacle!).
One small sum by BACS has arrived.
One large sum by CHAPS done at the same time still no sign!
Keep the faith! It WILL arrive as the consequences of non-arrival don't bear thinking about right now! It could be worse, it could be stuck with our ICESAVE money!!!!!0 -

Left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing. They’re only reading from a list of stock answers.0 -

ING is one of the strongest. you will be ok!! every bank is weak according to the media at the moment. trust the co-op!!!!
Yep - in a sense true - also re my post number 3985 (on page 200) about what's happened (or is happening, if it can't be stopped) to ING - which is just wholly STUPID. ING, like HBOS and LTSB which everyone is talking about - they do NOT have a fundamental problem. It's the city spivs, fund managers, investment banks (they're not REAL banks as you and I recognise) trading and selling and dropping the companies' values - it spooks everyone. They (the investment banks and fund managers) have already driven several banks to the point of collapse and beyond... (and in the process of SELLING THEIR SHARES made LOADSA cash to settle THEIR bad debts)
However, given that we are mere pawns in the hands of the institutional investors who are playing loose and free with our banking system, I'm as sure as I can be ( and this is NOT ADVICE ) that co-operative and mutual funds, as well as ORIGINAL style building societies are pretty darn safe.
That is, until some mathematical bright spark comes up with some other clever-!!!!!! derivative scheme to con us all out of our money by suggesting we convert our building societies into banks for a couple of hundered give-away shares....... ohhhhh..... did I say something possibly untoward there - hope I didn't offend the lurking journos and banker chappies who MUST be reading this blog / forum....
I keep on saying "sorry" for my posts - but Jeezzzz, as my nick says, I AM Mad !The 'Mad' refers to my state of mind, not my degree of anger.... (still crazy after all these years)0
