Phew, money are in! (Nationwide, £15k requested on 07/10 before 9am. Came after 4pm today as I was checking every 15 min up until then!)

Still no sign of my CHAPS £25K transfer to Barclays....I don't think I can cope with another w/end of this. What do we do on Monday? Where do we go to get this sorted? Anyone got any ideas?

SCHOOLRUNMUM, was yours a BACS or CHAPS? I'm guessing a BACS.

If it works in real time and the money does not appear in your account by the morning then the payment has not been received and we need to contact ING/KE. If your bank works 'traditionally' then you will not know one way or the other until Monday.

I think it's worth keeping each other up-to-date with this in the morning. Helpful?

Sorry couldnt help.........even someone who did not get in the way.....please dont take this the wrong....am just making light conversation at a difficult time for us all.......need some light relief.....alcohol is not quite enough!
