BACs transfer from KE on (07/10) recieved today (17/10) in my Nationwide flex account.

Well i've checked this morning and I haven't got my £500 in my linked account and I sent that by bacs last tues (7th). I thought everything would be where it should be by today!!! I shall check it again later

Just spoken to KE. I'm still waiting for BACS requested on/before the 9th.

The latest thread being spun by them is that regardless of whether you xferred by BACS or CHAPS, any outstanding transactions are happening today via CHAPS (at their expense if you asked for BACS).

Good luck to everyone today and congrats to those who have received their money.I still wait with trepidation - my husband daughter and I all have different link accounts. One transfer was by bacs and two by chaps, and not a penny yet in any of the accounts. Hope none of you are these people who have to be dealt with manually later! Whatever happens, thanks to all the posters who have made a depressing week interesting to say the least and it's been a great help to know it's not just my money that seems to be 'missing'.
