CHAPS....7/10 before10am...still no trace in RBS account, off to work now..have a nice day all.

They are lying to you.

I've just called my bank and got a clear run down on how BACs works, if it was going to be in TODAY they would have known about it YESTERDAY.

My bank have said nothing is due today and they can see what's coming in Monday and nothing is due then either.

I've once again, emailed a manager an ING.

This is f'ing unacceptable!!

Yep got my money in my Natwest account sometime this morning. No idea when though since online banking doesn't go into that much detail.

It seems to be trickling in but we have to remember we are only a relative few of the KE customers. Does anyone view other forums and, if so, how does it appear to be going for the customers on there?

Couple of quick questions to the knowledgeable.

My understranding is that if the transfer is by BACS it should be in my account now, as BACS only goes in once a day - is this correct?

Are all transfers being done by BACS even if CHAPS was requested?

I requested a CHAPS at 13.30 on *th Oct to my linked Nationwide Flexaccount - but nothing this morning.

And, if I remember correctly, you were able to find out yesterday that it was going in. Strange though, similar times for me and same bank, I wonder how they are organising the transfers.
