Just got my money into my HSBC account. Transfer initiated on 06/10/2008. Good luck everyone!!

hsbc bacs on 7 october, still nothing

Bacs transfer actioned 7th oct,received today into A&L linked account.I am shaking:rolleyes:can,t even say wahoo,bar just then!!!I am too exhausted I think from my plan of keeping busy all week,I really don,t ever want to go through that again.
Good luck everyone,really think I would have gone insane without this thread.Can,t wait to go back to my slobby ways,baskets of unwashed clothes and mountains of ironing,and day dreaming:pI will be even worse now though because in a moment of madness I had SKY installed,after KE collapse,wondered why the heck do I watch a tv I cannot get a reception on,to save money, but risked saving like crazy for my old age,I am old now though!!!

Maybe they are but HSBC are usually efficient therefore I am not putting the blame on them just yet.

Just rang ING - call centre confirmed all payments BACS and CHAPS will be in today - fingers crossed!

No, don't be too despondent, there is still time for them to do it over the course of the day to fulfil what they said they would do. Remember last Friday loads of people got CHAPS when they hadn't paid for them. I think they are just overloaded and will pull out all the stops to pay by the end of today.
