That's the first successful HSBC payment reported here I think. However mine's still missing . BACS transfer requested evening of Tues 7th Oct. Would be interested to hear of others in the same boat. catbaloo, what about you?

My BACS initiated 4 Oct 08 lost by KE then I repeated 6 Oct 08 arrived in linked account this morning 17 Oct 08. Whilst I am only on the monthly interest payment the balance pre BACS withdrawal was >£30K it will be interesting to see what interest ING pay on the balance of 0.01 in my Ex KE account. Despite me requesting withdrawal early in the month I would have been accruing interest in the linked account from 7/8 Oct 08 if BACS transfer as advertised. Don;t get me wrong I am very gartfeul for my money back but I want every penny of inteerest as well and in reality I have spent alot of my own money and time chasing thsi probelsm for which I doubt I will get Compensation

Still nothing in my Co-op account ... two BACS done on 7th and 8th. Will be ringing them at 8am as advised to see if anything's due to go in today.

My chaps transfer from 7th of 200K+ still no sign just rang linked account!!!!!!!

Just sent a secure message to Nationwide BACS team complaining that they don't give call centre staff advance visability like other financial institutions. (Have been trying for 3 days to get through to their BACS team by phone & just get stupid announcement to call back later).
Response back from secure message:- it may take up to 5 working days to get a response! What good is that?

When are HSBC balances updated? I don't suppose it would be at start of business, e.g. 8am. Clutching at straws really as my salary usually shows up overnight when it is paid in.
