This really is scandalous; I think I read on this forum someone said its similar to fraud ???

500k/35k (at the time) = 14 bank a/c's, I have more than that, as posted numerous times on this board and others ie, what to do with a house sale fund of £780,000, absolutely no sensible answers, other than spread it around ... As I stated before, I (like 3 other posters at least here), have had a kick up the @rse over this worse week I can remember, when i get the money back, I will again be in the same situation, what to do with it! even the now 50K will leave us with looking for 15 so called safe accounts. At the moment I have 6 accounts with one being Heritable but no Icesave. So its easy to say these people are fools to go over the threshold, when even so called analyst and advisors cant help

I moved 35K at lunchtime last Tuesday. Nothing arrived at Nationwide yet. I've spoken to Nationwide who are sympathetic, but used the words, 'It's nothing to do with us!' When I pointed out that 35K might end up in their savings department they suggested that I contact Kaupthing Edge! I felt much better when ING took 'us' over; but am now increasingly worried that a) the money hasn't arrived b) others' money hasn't arrived and c) no one 'official' seems to be able to say what is happening. I was phoned by BBC News asking if I could give an interview on the 6 o'clock news! But I declined as I feel it should be some official on the media saying what's happening, not me! I'll let you know if I get a deposit of course - my laptop is now able to look up my current account, passwords and scroll down to the balance without me having to do anything!! Ah... Alvin Hall is on Sky right now. But I bet he doesn't mention CHAPS (not that kind anyway!).... no he didn't mention Kaupthing, Iceland, CHAPs, BACS, or even me personally. IF ALL WE KAUPTHING EDGE DEPOSITORS GET OUR MONEY BACK SOON, HOW ABOUT ME ORGANISING A TRIP ABROAD FOR US ALL IN CELEBRATION?! HOW ABOUT TO SOMEWHERE CHEAP ? .... ICELAND? Seriously, a community party would be in order somewhere! Let's hope we can afford to do it this week eh?

But people may have received money, just not us on this forum, there must be many thousands a people waiting for money from KE, and only a few hundred are on this site.

Disappointed not to see my CHAPS transfer appear though, but I'm not going to start getting worried unless it doesn't appear by Friday.

Just been on to ING - the guy insisted that payments have been sent through today...strange

He says the latest time for a CHAPS to arrive is 6PM.

Some people were receiving CHAPS payments from Icesave and KE a few weeks ago later than 7pm in the evening...

Incredible. I really thought the money would have been flowing well today after Friday's money coming through. Fingers crossed it will hit everyone's account around 5pm.
