Think someone said that the payments started turning up around 2pm on friday, so only an hour to go and then we'll find out if they're still using chaps.

I'd get so much more work today done if Ing just said what they were doing to pay us back, rather than the usual "we're doing all we can".. you're obviously not, otherwise I'd have got my money by now!!!! Bless em

Dont think anyone has received any back today yet. If they are making CHAPS payments irrespective of whether a BACS or CHAPS was requested, I expect that they are working through them this morning for submitting this afternoon. With CHAPS payments they will have to manually rekey every payment which is a time consuming and lengthy process so everyone will have to be patient.

With regard to the numpty who keeps going on about missed interest payments just shut up and think yourself lucky that you are getting the capital back!

The KE site login doesn't appear properly in some browsers, since the've ING branded it, I've tried and the login button is sometimes mixed with the Contact Us one.

Woohooo !! BACS transfer initiated on Sunday evening has just appeared inmy Lloyds TSB current account. Thank f*ck for that :-)
