I don't care about my interest for the last week.

I don't care whether I've been charged for a CHAPS transfer or not.

I care that I get back my life savings from what feels like "the ether" ASAP.

I have just managed to log in to my KE account no probs with old user name and password.

If you attempt to log-in on KE you are redirected to ING and asked for a Customer Number, so clearly we now have to wait for a letter. I guess this is to allow them to migrate the accounts
