    I mash mine with a fork but I grate quorn fillets to make a sandwich filling.

    I mush them. I don't mash them because when i mash potatoes they're smooth and not lumpy whereas the eggs are lumpy and more of a mush.
    Add plenty of mayo and pepper so it's all sloppy, and serve with lots of lovely bacon on a baguette.

    I use the fork method, but thanks for the grater tip! If I had to do more than a couple of eggs I would prob use this way. then its a shake of salt a grind of pepper, add mayo and a dash of salad cream, few snips of chive or the tops of spring onions - as a sandwich filling its hard to beat!
  • Maybe I'm weird as no-one else has mentioned using a knife???

    I chop with a sharp knife in a mug or soup cup until it's in tinyish but uneven sized pieces!

    Grating here too but weirdly I only just had a conversation with my mum a couple of days ago about how it had never occurred to her to grate eggs for mayo and was much easier and less messy it was than chopping on a board.

    i grate the eggs too, and add mayo
    loves to knit and crochet for others

  • i just chop it up with a knife lol, didn't realise there was so many ways to do it:rotfl:

    then i add salad cream, salt and pepper and demolish in seconds:drool:
