Hi guys,
Thanks a lot for all your replies. I had no idea how many ways there is to do it!!:-)))
Glad I am not a weirdo (or rather my mum isn't, as she taught me how to do it:-)).
Also lots of tips on what you put into yours, thanks! Might try mine a bit differently according to your tips next time!0 -
I'm a grater personally.
I like mayo on is own with a little salt and pepper, but if we have any a tiny bit f salad cream is good too. the sachets available in pubs work well for this0 -
Mine get chopped up in a bowl with 2 knives - edward scissorhands stylee.
I add very finely chopped raw onion or spring onion to the mayo/egg mix. Livens it up a tad. Lets's face it, egg mayo stinks to high heaven anyway so a wee bit of onion isn't going to make things any worse.Herman - MP for all!0 -

I chop mine up with a knife and I like mine left as lumps, so not too fine, I can't stand mushy egg mayo. The whites and yolks separate bits are still obvious in mine.Cash not ash from January 2nd 2011: £2565.:j
