well i say mayo, i always make mine with salad cream as it tastes nicer.
is there anything i can do to jazz up the egg mayo for tomorrows dinner? i feel like ringing the changes a bit

You could use wholegrain mustard in it, i add a small bit and its lush, or any mustard really for that matter.
offcuts of cooked bacon, or sausage to make it "breakfast mayo"
grated cheese is also yummy.

I have never tried it myself, but I've heard a friend say about putting curry powder in Egg mayo......Currently on a life sort-out !! ...reducing bills, decluttering and getting into fitness - busy bee0
