Put your toms in a bowl of boiling water for a couple of minutes.

    Hi there,
A tip of mine is, when making egg or tuna mayo add ½and½ mayo and salad cream, it makes all the difference.
Whenever i do a buffet i use this and everybody i know who either likes one or the other compliments me on the taste, when i explain their food has ½ of the dressing they dont like in it, they cant believe it.
    Try it for yourself!

Exactly! Add some salt and pepper if to your taste. Onion goes particularly well. Sliced tomato can go with it nice or ham. or just egg on its own. :money:

  • I'd lightly butter the bread, then spread both sides with mayo (nice and thick) then slice the hard boiled eggs and add pepper to taste:j
