Has anyone tried chives, corriander etc in their egg mayo before?
    Thanks for any help

  • Hi there, coriander is great. I know cress sounds boring but if you grow it yourself it has a much better taste...and is cheaper than bought stuff. Just sow the seeds on some wet kitchen paper and- hey presto- ready in around 7-10 days.
    good luck.

LOADS of ground black pepper - livens it up wonderfully. Can't beat peppery eggy sandwiches!

Chives are nice in egg mayo sandwiches, as are salt and vinegar crisps!

firstly whenever i have mayo anything i always use salad cream rather than mayo - tastes much better!

common additions to egg sarnies in our house are adding curry powder or paprika to the mix, or serving with sliced tomatoes  i loove egg mayo sarnies!
