Hi, Just want to add that I too had only been credited with the 2000 Pulse beats plus my spend. Gave Sony a ring today, was told they had actually been added and then ordered my MP3 Player (could only find it on the Pulse beats site in black not purple- but I'm not too worried about that)!

Having browsed the online catalogue I will be placing my order tomorrow hope they have the ps2 game and dvd in stock.

hi guys, how long after your first spend does it take for your pulsebeats to register on sony's end? it's been a week since my first purchase and i rang up sony today and they claim there's no points showing up?

checked my pulsebeats account yesterday with sony and the 6200 points had been added so i ordered a cd/cassette player for my 3 year old

Just wondering if everyone who is having a bad time is being polite to these people in the first place, because when I phoned about it, the MBNA lady I spoke to couldn't have been nicer about the 2,000 points, or any more helpful. I hadn't hidden anything, I told her exactly why I had applied for the card to get the player for my son for Christmas. The points were amended soon after. I might not now because there are better ones with more points.

Watch out though peeps because the number is an 0870 premium rate number. I went to to https://www.saynoto0870.com web site but haven't found a landline yet to redeem points on, nor a place to do it online.
