    you could do it yourself
you need a cable and an unlocking credit (called a log)
    can get both for £15
    see here:
    http://www.faceoffmobiles.com/cat--SonyEricsson-Remote-Unlocking--seremote
not hard to do, just follow the instructions and you will get support if any problems.
when youve got the cable you can add more credits when you want to unlock other sonyericssons, you can also reflash them to get rid of the network branding etc.
if you dont want to do it yourself, pm me and we can sort something out
  • Just unlocked my wife`s Nokia 6100 on Vodafone with one of the free online code generators. However I had 5 attempts at putting in different codes and each time came up with 'code error'. Did`nt really want to risk chancing another code in case I totally locked up the phone. I then put another operators sim in the phone to see if anything had happened and found it had been unlocked. Which code actually unlocked it I have no idea. Prior to unlocking it would come up with 'insert correct sim'. So just saved myself £10.

The sony Ericsons need to be unlocked by cable directly, cannot be done remotely , i might know somewhere if you post the area you live in

I have just unlocked my phone. I got hold of a wonderful fellow. I was directed to him from here. I emailed him and he talked me through it and it was SO easy. Thanks to Dave of https://www.cubwolf.co.uk
    He is SO helpful! :)

  • Can anyone advise me on the correct unlock code for my Nokia 1100. I have tried Trycktill's code 1 and 7 then Hollowman's code 7 to no avail. Its on Virgin and purchased directly from them just a week ago. The IMEI is
354320005015718. I get SIM not valid when I put an Orange one in. Thanks in advance.

These are what I have already tried:
    #pw+405517526317126+7#
    #pw+992422217056735+1#
    #pw+116224645464227+7#

Do you use Virgin as your mobile network? If so, once you have used £30 or creditted £30 to your account they will give you the unlock code for free.

Thanks, I'll bear that in mind.
