I've seen the day in with a glass of wine, a few choccies, while my kitties have had a nice juicy slice of ham each.
Off to my parents' house around midday, lucky me is getting dindins made for her!0 -

Happy Christmas everybody! :xmassmile :xmastree: :santa2:
The turkey's stuffed, the ham's cooked and santa's been..... there were a few hairy moments, but like everyone else I got there in the end.
Unfortunately I'm working today, but I'll be here to see the children open their presents and hopefully I'll be able to nip home for Christmas dinner. I've done all the preparation but this is the first year that Mr P will be cooking it, so it could be an eventful day.
I hope that you all have a wonderful Christmas and a peaceful and prosperous new year.

Morning Everyone :xmassign:
MERRY XMAS
Took 2 sleeping tablets last night ans slept well...not surprisingly really..LOL. Everything basically done, spuds, veg, stuffing, pigs in blankets, gravy. Chicken and lamb both have to be put in oven around 6-9am and will be served cold later with the dinner. Then its just the spuds to roast, parsnips roasted and yorkies to make, then the veg in and everything else  Trifle will be finished this morning and Xmas cake all made and iced.
No washing today but have cleaned the loo out. Everyone still in bed so lovely and quiet here. Just about to look at Argos and M&S which online SALES start todaySorry!!!! LOL It will be a mad panic when they get up and start unwrapping.
Anyways, will catch up later, but hope and wish everyone has a great day. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone of you.

Morning all, and :xmassign:
Not long woken up, I thought id actually get a lie in this morning since I dont have kids to wake me up, instead I have a hungover boyf waking me up and whingeing.
Just had a vat of tea and opened my presents except one, which I would have opened, but I dont know which one it is (no tag!) and the boyf has already crawled back to bed before I got chance to ask.... I still have another present which is 'owed', the boyf has decided to get me another kitty (yey!!!) and wanted to do the xmas morning cute kitty in a box thing, but as we have a cat already that would have been impractical, and besides which, we are going to take our time in choosing another, so we will look in January. My other present from him is of course, him getting a job :j . Best xmas present ever!! :j
Last night was good, had a lovely meal and boyfs parents love our flat, so thats good. Right now im going to go to the best turkey ever thread and get my recipies and get it under way! This afternoon im making the boyf take me out for a xmas walk somewhere nice so if you know anywhere near bristol that wont be closed on xmas day for a nice walk then give me a shout!
:xmassign: . I hope you all got what you wanted and I hope you all have a lovely and stress free day!
