Have just mustered up the energy to clean the kitchen table - if anyone is considering buying a glass table, DON'T BOTHER! It never looks clean & I tend to cover it with a cloth nowadays, so it could be any old chunk of chipboard underneath!0 -
Yes the site is slow. I've given up trying to post earlier.
A dreadful nights sleep due to stress (me) and various ailments (others)
Miss MATH has a screaming ear infection on top of all her other ear probs that have little hope of being sorted now we can't afford Bupa:mad:
Mini MATH has inpetigo and a heavy cold, producing enough snot to open our own gunge tank and slimy theme park.
I got my own back on anyone who did get a good nights sleep at Chz MATH by turning the hoover on at exactly 7am. Spiteful I know but who said I was nice:p Upshot is that the house from hell now looks less hellish and more like the house that needs a bit of re-decorating. Dusting, vaccing, bed changes, floors all done and second load of washing steaming up my windows. I've managed to take some of the Christmas deccys down without too many complaints from the natives. Emboldened I may 'remove' the rest after the weekend.
The forcast snow never appeared but everywhere is icy and it is dank, misserable and freezing cold. I've had the heating on all day and still have freezing cold hands and feet. We are due to go out for dinner tonight to celebrate my aunt's 60th birthday but we will have to see how Miss Math is when she wakes up. I don't fancy leaving her with a sitter if she is in pain.
Just watched MMR and sat agast (glass of wine untouched) as Martin totted up their food bill. A couple with two small kids spending per DAY almost as much as I spend for two and three kidz in a WEEK:eek: Oh how the other half live eh.
Enjoy the rest of your day, keep warm and keep smiling.Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -
Afternoon
This site is driving me mad today-It is soooo slow!!
Went for my hospital appointment-not good but never mind! Cleaner has been and done a lovely job2 washloads done, only 1 load in TD-last week it would have been both. Dw done and emptied. DD driving me mad  OH has just decided to shave his head, after cleaner has been, so told him to hoover after done....MEN??????
Just about to have a bath and tart meself up abit as mate coming over later and treating us to an Indianfeel abit lost not doing dinner but makes a lovely change. Lunch was jacket spud, ham, coleslaw, cheese and salad.
Tesco delivery came and have called them and moaned. 1 egg cracked, bread squashed, pears and kiwis squished slightly, ham has short date code and so does the diced lamb  so have a refund of £12 coming back to my card. Cant moan as they can still all be used but annoying.
Anyways, gonna go and watch Martins programme that im recording and have a bath.
See Ya

Sorry it wasn't good at the ossy PP.:grouphug: I gave up on Tesco Home delivery. My groceries would have been in better nick if I'd tied them to a pack of huskies and dragged them home thorough the streets.
Get hubby to shave his head while hutched over the waste paper basket. I do this every 4 days or so and never have to clean up after.Life's a beach! Take your shoes off and feel the sand between your toes.0 -
